Returns & Refunds

We always wish that you will like the item you have received. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange of another item. Please see below what applies in those cases:

i. Please before sending the item back, send us an email declaring your wish to return the product or call us at +306937246026.

ii. If you are not satisfied with the product or you have chosen the wrong size, we will change it for another item, the shipping cost for the return and the re-delivery will be assumed by you.

iii. In order for the return to be accepted:

    1. Item must be sent back to us within 10 days from the day you received your order.
    2. Item must be unused, never worn, non-altered in any way, in its original packaging and including original receipt.
    3. Item can be replaced for one of equal or higher value, in which case the difference must be paid for.
    4. Please make sure it is in safe packaging during the return so no damages are caused during the transfer (use original packaging), which our shop will not cover for.

iv. If the product send to you is the wrong one or has been damaged during transfer, we will replace it with no extra cost for you and we will assume the delivery fees. We use very safe and trustable packaging in order to avoid this situation in the first place.

Yes, we accept a cancelation in an order as long as the product hasn’t been shipped yet. Please send us an email letting us know about your wish to cancel the order and we will get back to you with the options.

Our shop unfortunately doesn’t accept refunds in the case that the product is not one you are satisfied with, but we will gladly accept a return and switch it for one of your liking.
