The size mentioned in our website is the one by EU standards. You can measure your ring size in any local jewelry store by bringing one of your rings there. There you can also know the equivalent EU size if your original measurement is in US or UK size. When measuring your ring size remember to measure based on one of similar style like the one you wish to purchase, slim rings do not have the same fit as wider/cuff rings.
Bracelets are more versatile than rings, since they can be worn in different parts of the arm, so the size is not that strict. Measure your wrist or your arm depending on where you would like to place the bracelet (cuffs normally are worn higher in the arm and chains around the wrist) and compare it to our available sizes.
If your size is not mentioned in the available options, don’t worry! There is still a chance that we can alter it to the size of your liking for an additional cost, depending on the jewelry. Please contact us with the item you are interested and your size and we will get back to you with the available options.
It is very common for jewelry to have small alternations in color overtime, which doesn’t mean they have gone bad, it’s only natural for sterling silver exposed to air to tarnish. If you wish to clean your jewelry, always the best way is to be done professionally by a jeweler. If you wish to do it at home, you can use a polishing cloth making your silver jewelry shiny again! Another easy way is by using baking soda. Rub smoothly on the surface of the jewelry with your fingers, rinse and dry with a cloth.
Jewelry and especially the ones containing gemstones are very delicate creations. They should be treated as such. They should be removed when washing your hands, when at sea or when doing work that can damage them. They shouldn’t be pulled or forced since their parts can be harmed.
